¿Cómo es trabajar conmigo?

¿Cómo es trabajar conmigo?

– Paso 1:

How is it like working with me?

– Step 1:

I have a established work method so that we can avoid misunderstandings, minimize time lost and most of all achieve satisfactory results. That’s why I advise all of my clients to follow it.

After being contacted for a project, we will first of all have a preliminary chat about it and your company, we will both fill a briefing form which I will be supplying so that I can have all the necessary information to make a detailed budget.

Step 2:

The budget will have details on what does it include, timing and the conditions for a good project development. Once accepted by the customer we can start working.

We will go deeper on some briefing details and I will make the necessary background work so that we have a clear picture on where do we want to head. Fluent communication and timely feedback will be key to achieve a good workflow

– Step 3:

I will prepare one or several proposals, depending on the project, that match the guidelines and targets specified on the briefing, and we will check together any changes or polishing needed to get it ready for market. We will establish techniques, materials and printing methods in collaboration with packaging suppliers to ensure the product looks and feels right.

– Step 4:

Once the design is approved, I will deliver final arts and invoice the project according to what was agreed on the budget.

It is very important that established timings are respected as far as possible, both to be able to launch at the specified date, as for the studio’s own internal organisation, since at any given moment there are always different projects and customers being worked on and every project gets as much attention and creative energy as needed.
